Director's Biography

Here, you can learn a little more about our director, Lynn Amari.

Lynn Amari is a professional singer and actress and member of the Actors Equity Association (AEA), that has performed in hundreds of live musical and theatrical productions. Lynn also works for Kalamazoo Public Schools as a Teaching Artist and creates and implements lesson plans based in the discipline of the Dramatic Arts. Lynn has been teaching drama to kids for the last 15 years and has directed more than a dozen youth and adult theatrical and musical productions specializing in set and light design. Lynn has a Bachelors Degree in Education from Western Michigan University but will be attending Cornerstone University this spring to obtain a Masters Degree in Education specializing in Curriculum and Instruction.
